Your e-Card is hosted on myprezns infrastructure. To keep it live, an annual renewal of ₹299 is due on the anniversary of your card going live.
We remind you at 60, 45, 30, 15, 5, 2, and 1 days before your renewal date — so you will never be caught off guard.
If you choose not to renew, your card will show "This page is temporarily unavailable" for 30 days. If renewal is not received within those 30 days, the page is removed permanently. Reinstatement after deletion requires a fresh setup fee.
This service is governed by our e-Card Client Work Agreement — covering revisions, renewal, hosting, and content responsibility.
