Within 2 working days of confirming your order and receiving payment, we deliver a watermarked draft. Every bullet point is numbered — so your feedback is precise, easy to give, and easy for us to action. No ambiguity, no back and forth.
Once your feedback is incorporated, we deliver the clean final version — watermark removed, proper formatting restored, delivered in both PDF and Word. The Word file is yours to keep and edit independently in future if you choose to.
You have 3 working days to review the draft and share feedback. If we do not hear back within that window, the draft is considered accepted and the final version is delivered. This keeps both sides moving.
